My name is Eva Giannouli, I am Greek native speaker and I am fluent in English. I work as a part-time customer service representative for a company located in Greece, specialized in customers complaints and refund/replacement policies. I am motivated, responsible, organizing and friendly with customers. I really enjoy helping people (responding to their inquiries, trying to find solutions for their purchased products (replacements, refunds), placing orders for them), while my main goal is to always support and satisfy the customers, even in the most difficult situations. I have dealt with several customers (satisfied, dissatisfied, frustrated and angry customers), and certainly, when you talk to satisfied customers, it’s like a reward for the company and yourself as well. It shows that everything works just perfect. Although, each of the aforementioned customer categories is different, all of them have a common spot. The need of the customer to know that there is a person there for them that will listen, and will do anything possible to take care of their issue. I strongly believe and I’ve also seen it through my working experience that it’s really important for a customer to feel this way, to make him or her feel this way.
