create training videos

i ned help mixing video of me and mixing it with powerpoint slides to create short 5 minute video for training purposes . This project could turn into signifiant work for the right freelancer. Attached is a pic of a similar movie which gives an indication of the end product. eg me at left talking and powerpoint slides on right. Any advice on filming myself will be appreciated.
