Retrieve Application Information using the WinAPI (C++)

Looking for a simple, clean class that can retrieve various application versions and write them to a simple CSV format. For example, to read the "Flash" application version information, the following algorithm should be applied: 1) Known CLSID of Flash ("{D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000}") 2) Look up the CLSID in the registry under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID 3) Read \InprocServer32 which gives the OCX 4) Get version information via GetFileVersionInfo 5) Write to CSV file, e.g. in the format: CLSID,<various data from the "FileVersionInfo" structure, such as "ProductName, ProductVersion" etc. Implement this for (if available): Adobe Reader Office (e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel) IE, Firefox, Chrome Java Runtime Adobe Flash (Browser) Javascript (Browser) The code can be 32-bit C++, but application information retrieval has to support XP - 10, 32-/64-bit.
