Hi, Signle layer perceptron can be directly implemented using tensorflow and if you have built the tensorflow using cuda and openmpi then i suppose it should work out of the box, you don't need to pay anyone for that. Well, for this project, it would be better if you share some details about the project. I could better tell you the time it would take to code and train etc. by the way, I have good hands on experience in cuda and openmp and mpi. And assure you the best quality product.
