You are given two vectors of arrays and a max value. find pair from 1st and second vector that together their power does not increase max value. Write a function that takes both vectors and max and return a vector. Example int MaxCapacity=7 vector<vector<int> M1 =[[1,2],[2,4],[3,6]] // first value is ID, second is power usage vector<vector<int> M2 =[[1,2]] // first value is ID, second is power usage output: [[2,1]] solution possible combinations: [1,1] (1 from M1, 1 from M2) with power=2+2=4, [2,1] (2 from M1, 1 from M2)with power = 4+2=6, and [3,1 ] (3 from M1, 1 from M2) with power = 6+2=8 best outcome is combination [2,1] with max value =6 < 7 MaxCapacity
