I am looking for an Android NDK developer to do recording and playing back via Bluetooth. There is low latency requirement between recording and playing back. App stays on during energy saving. App switches back to original status after phone call is over. Record audio to file. Playback audio file. Provide source code. Must be familiar with NDK. Knowledge of Bluetooth in Android is a big plus. Knowledge of audio interface Oboe is a big plus.
