adaptation of an existing coreldraw v20.0 file to make print ready

I have prepared a flyer on corel, which i need printed (A5, 150gr, illustration paper) and the print shop requires the following adaptations, which i do not know how to do. "... the final artworks need to have crop marks, bleed margins at 5mm and outline fonts or pdf files as export: PDF/X-1a:2001. On top of that the files sent include pictures of 160 - 200dpi when we need at least 254dpi. Finally, you have included pantone colours and we suggest switching to CMYK..." I need a short Teamviewer tutorial to learn to do all these.
