Please describe the nature of the scripts and the target audience.
I studied English, American and British fiction while studying English literature at the University of Ottawa, where I completed my Honours BA in English. I have read and studied fiction from all historical periods, including Anglo-Saxon, Medieval, Elizabethan, Restoration, Romantic, Victorian and 20th century fiction, and epic poetry.
Since I began writing in 2000, 237 of my stories and articles have been published in Canadian newspapers and magazines, with the exception of a World War II story published in England. Most of my published work comprises feature stories between 1,000 and 2,000 words. You can see samples of my writing in my portfolio.
I am a hard-news journalist, but I have been writing fictional stories at home for fun since 2007.
Most of my favourite authors write science fiction, fantasy or gothic horror, including J.R.R. Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, Ray Bradbury, Philip K. Dick, Isaac Asimov and Edgar Allan Poe.
