Ghost Writer for Real Estate Sales book

I require someone to ghost write a 10-15 Chapter book approx 2500 - 3000 words per chapter. I need them to listen to audio of mine, summarise and try to use my writing style as accurately as possible. (Forgive my ignorance, as maybe that is a pre-requisite for ghost writing and an assumption that all people requiring ghost writers make). Also, they will be required to read my blog and other writing to again, summarise and impersonate my writing and communicating style. Attached is the first 2-3 chapters that I have written already (that don't quite fit my criteria of length etc, that's why I need a ghost writer? because I'm not good enough), also in that attached word? doc is the proposed headings I have for the chapters. Some research may be required above and beyond merely interpreting my audio. ## Deliverables So the attached files, will give you an idea. I will then send? the winning bidder? zipped audio files of my recorded material to listen to to give an idea of my personality, and some content to base the book on. In all there will be approximately 10-15 hours of audio to draw from in mp3 format.? (again, some research may also be required above and beyond my audio) Bidders should provide one original 80-100-word? sample on? something I might write as a sample. (eg Chaper 4 on getting listing opportunities) The winning bidder must not plagarize any material. I will have to cross-check and monitor submitted material and will reject material? I believe is not original. However, the subject matter can be based on accepted and known principles. And quoting other successful people is 100% fine and encouraged. The ideal winning bidder will have written a complete book on sales, marketing, advertising, business skills or similar subject. A beginner is fine as I will be accepting a low bid. Also, a first timer on rent a coder without experience would be ok as well. Price is the main concern here as I don't have a large budget. Emerging economy is ok, but exceptional english is a must. All writing must be free of any copyrighted or plagiarized materials (except quotes). -? I will own all rights to the completed book, meaning you must delete the book after I have received it. - Excellent written English is required. Perfection is not expected ??" flowing and readable copy (that reads like me)? is more important and will be sub-edited. Audio will be delivered in stages. Approximately 8 hours of audio is ready immediately. Advice (to me) and questions on this project are encouraged as I haven't used rent a coder for anything other than small projects thus far.
