I am a skilled & passionate chef with 20 years’ experience within the hospitality sector, I have worked at Michelin star establishments, over seen multi-site contracts from director dinning, hospitality to staff restaurants, and my last position was as a food development manager with the UK’s largest pub company, overseeing 2 major brands, 234 sites. During my career I have received industry recognition for my contribution to training, Acorn Award, and been a finalist in the National Chef of the Year, as well has representing the UK at junior international level competition.
