Hi, I am looking for someone with CNC lathe and milling machining experience (preferably also with manual lathe and milling machines), and is proficient in CAD/CAM using Mastercam or Fusion 360. If you have experience with other CAD/CAM software, please let me know. Could you please let me know how many years of CNC machining and CAD/CAM experience you have personally? There will be ongoing work for the right candidate. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SMALL PROJECT: Attached are the drawings for a component I need to machine. Assume the material is mild steel, profile cut from 150mm thick plate. Please recommend the best tools required for the toolpaths to machine the part, using a vertical 3 axis CNC milling machine. Describe the best step by step process to machine this part from start to finish, including how to fix/clamp down the stock material onto the CNC milling machine table. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please let me know approximately how many hours it would take you to create the 3D solid file, and create the milling toolpaths, using Mastercam or Fusion 360. Do you think you are able to complete this project in under 5 hours, 5 to 10 hours, or over 10 hours?

As long as dimensions are very clear, modeling will require no more than an hour.. Regarding generating tool paths, it should take very little time. I use fusion 360 since it is very user-friendly. I am more than 3 years expert in such field. You can check my portfolio, to see one of my works that uses fusion 360 I would love to work with you as a long term job.

Hello Sir, I am a CNC machinist working in the automobile industry for 15 years now. I am able to design parts and create toolpaths to manufacture in CNC machines from 3 axis to 5 axis. I am professional traied in CAM software like Esprit and as a freelancer I have programed toolpaths for desktop and insurtial machines alike. I will be able to design and program toolpaths for your part using fusion. meaning you I will deliver a fusion file that has the part design in design mode, and all the setups (for this part two setups, one top and one bottom) in Manufacture mode. Greetings. Currently, I am supervising a machine shop which manufactures similar products as attached in your pictures. We mostly use Fanuc coding G and M codes to machine jobs mostly on a 3 axis milling machine although I have experience with both lathe and milling machines.
