WebApp Deployment in Azure (App using SQL DB and PowerBI)

Hello All We build solutions for assets management, our systems are all developed in a .Net environment (C#) and our DB are all SQL Server DB locally hosted. Now we want to offer a new module providing Web and mobile experience to our users. To achieve that We created a dashboard build with Power BI. We want to have a webapp based on that dashboard, in Azure. We need a freelancer with good skills in Azure and WebApp deployment to do the following: *Use our PowerBI dashboard ([login to view URL]) and place it AS IT IS in a simple interface (like the gray around [login to view URL]). *help me setup and host the app in Azure (it is my first experience with Azure), so you will help me choose the required services and options. *The Data feeding the Dashboard are coming from a SQL DB hosted in my machine, we will provide the DB file for test and development, and the server credentials and access for approval. *AFTER PREVIOUS STEPS : develop the access/login to the APP (I want to control which users can access which server and read from which DB).
