Sequential orders via Binance API

Sequential orders via Binance API Hello there, 1) I want a system to enter a simple sequential orders via the Binance API. Don't wory, Bollinger, RSI, macD etc. indicator etc. there will be no complicated calculations. BUY order will be posted only via API and then it will be checked every minute and posted for new orders if necessary. For example; A) Posting a BUY order for CordanoADA, will be entered at price of 1.00, B) When A happen, automatically; + 10% percent sell and -5% percent stop -5.1% percent limit OCO order will be entered in the form. C) When A and B happen, For every 1% increase in price Canceling the OCO order, As in B according to the current price new OCO order will enter //meaning: Moving Stop Loss 2) Easily understandable, simple, multiple line codes preferabled instead of a poetic or two lines of codes 2b) if necessary, .txt preferred instead of databases 3) If there are operations that require installation, developer will be connected and installed remotely. It can be C ++, PHP + CronJob or Pyhton + Flask or others But Java or especially NodeJS is never accepted, I dont wanna Callback hell :)
