Need to write an automation program that simulates mouse and keyboard

I need to write an automation program that: - Selects objects by simulating the mouse & keyboard (ideally without moving the real mouse) - Scans the objects using an image search - Perform a very small number of actions on the location of the found image (mouse clicks/keyboard keys) - It needs to loop with an On/Off toggle key (example: alt+b) - It needs to pause the loop if there was user input in the past X seconds (mouse movement/clicking or keyboard use) and if the user was idle for more than X seconds, the loop will continue running until it's turned Off using the toggle key or paused by user input. It may sound complicated but it's a really simple/straight forward program. I have been somewhat able to code it myself using the very simple autohotkey language but I want to get something more professional and that runs smoother using C++, C# or some more advanced language. We will discuss further in private exactly what it needs to do, and the best way to do it. A real application for it would be for example selecting a couple of photos in a folder using the mouse, search the photos using an image search. If it finds a match, it will click on the image and delete it using the delete key on the keyboard. Continue doing this until the user moves the mouse or uses the keyboard, or turns it off using the toggle key. Depending on how well you do this job and how smoothly the program runs, I might have other jobs for you later on if it's an affordable price.
