I already have done a similar web stuff few days ago.. 1- Questions are loaded from SQL Table and all the stuff is dynamically created based upon Question group 2- Similarly, Answers are created dynamically based upon selected question. --> Answers can be in the form of radio, checkbox ,textboxes or text area based upon answer type.
