I have a C# console application that I need developed. It is to convert a CSV text file to a fixed length text file. The file has credit card transactions that a bank processes but they need it to be converted to the output format. In the attached files, take a look at the file called Conversion READ ME.docx. It should not be very difficult and notice that many of the output fields are hard coded. REQUIRED: Provide a bid amount - Do not pay any attention to by budget amount. Bid what you think it will be. REQUIRED: Give a brief description of what need sot be done so that I know you understand the project.

Hello, I checked specification and it looks clear. It's just needed to extract info from CSV file and put it in appropriate places of rows of result text file Meantime I worked with one PHP project where similar fixed length line text files were involved.
