I have taken advanced courses in Computer Vision and Image processing and worked with MATLAB on various projects. I am aware with state-of-the-art object detection algorithms in MATLAB as well as image processing techniques for object extraction and detection. Please let me know further details for the project. Since I am new freelancer in this field, I am demanding very less money for it ($140) and will provide you with the project in maximum 2-3 days. Basically, following is the overall pipeline for this project: 1. Image pre-processing to filter out noise 2. Detection of DIP switch from image (template based) 3. Separation of switch from the image 4. Applying color-based segmentation techniques and then determining whether the DIP button is closer to the ON button or OFF button. This is a rough sketch.
