Change C program to running without a console window (in the background)

Hi, creating or not a console is something Windows (I asssume you are under windows) will do depending on the program subsystem, which is more like a projects settiings than part of the source code.. the code can close its console immidiately after it is started ,but cannot prevent one being created before the code has had time to run, at least this is how I know it.. So i gues you need the program's configuration changed so no console is created, right ?

Shalom, the correct way to NOT open a console UI when running a console application, is to build that code as a Win32 application. If that is not possible there are ways to possibly achieve what you are looking for, but it depends on what the code does. May I take a look at your console app's code first please?
