Add to existing C program written in C for Toradex iMXULL and Linux, the capability to receive commands via WiFi from a tablet, or phone.

We have a system that consists of the Toradex iMX6ULL IT V1.1A, on a Toradex Iris carrier board connected to our own board. Our board provides access to a barcode scanner via one of the RS232 ports, a thermal ticket printer via the other RS232 port, interface via opto-couplers and solid state relays to 3 outputs and 2 inputs to control our target device, and connection via the Ethernet connector to a gateway (US Robotics) that gives us access to the internet to upload data via a cell phone connection. Presently, user input to control the system can only be done via scanning certain barcodes. But we want to add the capability to enter those same commands and data via a tablet, phone, or computer using WiFi. The hardware for the WiFi can be added to the US Robotics gateway as an added plug-in board, or incorporated in the Toradex Iris carrier board using a USB WiFi dongle. Either is fine. We need someone to add this capability to our existing C code.
