85152 Help me Rearranging My Website

Hi, I need editions on my website as specified below. *IMPORTANT* ONLY APPLY TO THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE LOT OF EXPERIENCE IN WEBDESIGN AND CODES WORKING WITH WEBSITES AND CAN COMPLETE ALL THE BELOW SUCCESSFULLY. If you are good it should not take you more than 3-4 hours to complete the below. If you can complete a well job we will have many coming projects for you. 1. On the main page at [login to view URL], there are white spaces between the graphics separating them as blocks. There is also white space on the right. I want the white space to be removed. On my other pages (about 10 pages) there is little white space on the right. I want this removed as well. 2. On this same page, at the top there is a graphic of text that says: “Guaranteed top placements etc etc”, the gray area is a little jagged. I need this smooth. That same text that says “Guaranteed top placements, professional consultations etc etc, I want this text as text based and not engraved as image text. 3. After the text that says: “Click on the Links Below to Learn More of Each Strategy:”, there are 9 items of services that we offer. I need it to be like boxes (listing the service in each box). Kind of what they do at [login to view URL] 4. On the main page [login to view URL] the orange bar in the middle of the page is not nice looking. I want it better looking and clean cut. 5. For the form at the bottom of the page [login to view URL] I want to set requirement for the user to fill out all fields or they will not be able to submit the form. Also I want them to manually to type in some letters (to disable from automatic software filling out this information). Once click on the submit button I want a confirmation page saying we will get back with you shortly with a link back and the same looking page like the home page. I also want this form to look more clean, nice and professional than it is now. 6. Currently the main page is wider than the other 10 pages. I want the width of this page to be the same like the other pages of the site. 7. On this page, [login to view URL], I like the black line under the main picture on the top. I want this black line on all the pages. On this same page to the left is a contact form. I want it to say “Contact Us” in bold letters as a title and if you scroll down on this page you will see a picture of a lady and on top of that is an orange border. On the right of the orange border it looks jagged (there is a jagged line that I want removed as you can see). I want the left side to look nice and clean so I let you be creative about it and make it look nice and professional. I want the same look on my other pages as well (contact form on the left-except for the main page). 8. On the bottom of [login to view URL] I want the grey color that you can see on the left and right side to be on the bottom and on the top also. 9. I want my site to be so that if I change the font, size, links on the top of the page it will change on all pages. Think this is called css but not sure. I want to add more contents myself later on... 10. On the main page I need boxes on the right so I can add text for testimonials or maybe adding audio testimonials later on. 11. I want drop down menus on the top of the page. I want the buttons on the top to be removed and replaced with a nice drop down menu. The menus should say starting from left” Home, Services, About Us, Contact Us, Free Tools, Testimonials, News, Make Money. The same holds true for the header drop downs. 13. In need a site map for my pages 14. We also need a nice logo that would blend in well with the design and color scheme. We need this logo on all 10 pages. 15. Make sure that all our html code is clean so no unnecessary tags are there, so website has to be quick to load…
