We are seeking an individual or company that specializes in fighting chargebacks for small business owners. Candidate needs to have prior proven experience with this and understands what is needed to show the banks/credit card processors etc. We mainly use Stripe as our payment processor so any experience would be helpful. This will be an ongoing job on a long-term basis with hrs varying each week as business grows. English speaking required, good communication by email is required.
