This is perfect for me because I'm already a published author who lives very close to Manchester (less than an hour away) so getting there is easy. I can turn the book into an ebook if you wanted to go down that route instead of the traditional one (epub format is one which almost all platforms such as Kobo, Amazon and Nook will read easily). I have done a couple of biographies before and loved it (I have a structured list of questions already which would be able to be used to fill in any gaps). Importantly, I have in-depth knowledge about how to put a package together that will knock any publisher's socks off!! For the last 2 years I have been working with a major American TV network and part of the job is to put a proposal package together for publishers. My background is in interviewing celebrities - I have interviewed countless people like Dame Edna, Gilbert O'Sullivan, Brotherhood of Man and Norman Wisdom (the last told me that mine was the best interview he'd ever done - he had his answers planned in advance but I didn't ask him any of the usual questions ... he was 84 at the time!) Probably most of these people are WAY before your time! I love people, regardless of their age and have the knack for drawing stories out of them. I can devote very long hours to this job because, unlike many freelancers, I am unable to go out to work. My fiancé is from Manchester (he actually went to the Stockport Grammar School and his family now lives in Disley). I feel a sort of tie to Manchester, even if I am not a Mancunian myself. 2. In September 2014, I went through a major health scare, and I've even been considering writing my own biography on it.
