We need a terminal - like native application developed for Windows 10 using native Bluetooth LE API calls to search for specific devices, connect to one of them from the list and communicate using BLE GATT Nordic UART Service. Think of this as a telnet using specific Bluetooth LE characteristics to communicate over Bluetooth with remote peripheral. We require access to source codes and a documentation to build the code on Windows 10 with minimal, if any, external dependencies.
