We require the documentation of a dual occupancy development consisting of a single storey and a two storey detached home located in Melbourne, Australia. All design work has been completed and does not require additional design work from freelancer. This is a simple drafting task to prepare drawings for lodgement at council. Documents required are as follows: - Site context/neighbourhood description plan 1:200 scale - Design response plan 1:200 scale - Ground floor site plan 1:100 scale - First floor site plan 1:100 scale - Elevations of all sides of work (6 total) 1:100 scale - Streetscape elevation 1:100 scale - Shadow diagrams for 9am, 12pm & 3pm 1:200 scale Existing AutoCAD files will be supplied for development into completed drawing set. Additional information such as site survey, aerial images and drawing checklists will be provided also. Documentation must be consistent with existing company standards (see attached example). Example file will also be made available in AutoCAD format to use as reference guide for layers, pens etc. Seeking suitably qualified draftsperson/architect to complete drawings in a timely manner. Understanding of Australian building codes is beneficial however it's not mandatory. Please provide estimate of timing for completion when bidding on project. Project to be delivered in PDF and AutoCAD format. It is essential that existing drafting style/standards are maintained. No licence to use drawings for other purpose is granted to contractor.

I will also like to know more about the shits and any aditional information you may give me in order to complete the project with the characteristics you need. I widely use AutoCad as an architect and some 3D software. I understad in this case you need only the 2D part, so I can perform the task as requested.
