Worked in below project Lock plate assembly control panel: Major Components: Omron PLC CP1E, Omron Photoelectric Sensor, Weintek HMI Task: Preparing BOM, Programming, Installation and commissioning Description: The main purpose of the panel is to detect wrong picking of lock plate form bin tray. The operator enter Key code in HMI for that corresponding Combination code will generate. Then operator has to pick lock plate base on combination code from bin tray, if operator went wrong alarm will generate.

Greetings: Thank you for the opportunity to bid on your project. I am the best person for this job because it is an exact match to my skill set. I have done what you need many times. I started my career building PLC controls systems for local machine builders. My responsibilities included selecting the sensors, motors, pneumatic actuators, control cabinets and alarm systems. Each project was delivered with a full set of documentation including a bill of materials, schematic diagram and technical data sheets for purchased components. I have considerable expertise writing ladder logic. Eventually I became interested in Machine Vision Inspection. My Inspection Machines utilized a passive backplane that allowed for processors, motion cards, I/O cards and Ethernet cards to be selected for each project as compared to "one size fits all" approach. In addition, each control system utilized a flat panel touch screen. My pharmaceutical inspection machines required FDA validation; that was valuable experience . Selecting and Integrating a touch screen, motion control, brushless motors, linear motors and discreet I/O to a PLC are tasks that I enjoy and have done many times. Also you should know that I have deployed systems utilizing InTouch Wonderware and am proficient with that interpreted language.
