auto-dilaer/contact manager software

Hello I am looking for a script identical to the one located at [login to view URL] it can be written or a rip off, however it must be encoded to where only one license is purchased at a time like on this site, i want it to have to request a key and only the key works on a single computer not multiple. I want it to have some sort of logo that states www.VemmaToolBox.com.
