Person analize from video and audio -- 2

Hi There was an extrajudicial killings in Bolívia 11 years ago. 3 people killed, 2 survived. We have a police video with 2 person, one of them is the survivor, but the other one is unknowed. There are full body fotos about all of them. There is a voice in the video asking help. We have audio Records all of 5 people. We need a forensic analize about the video, who are the two people alive, why do not see bodies on the floor and who is who claimed help. We will use for Internacional Human Rights Court and also internal in Bolívia. We need two different official analizer work.
