Need an ASP.Net Core & Angular Superstar to TEACH ME

I am a .Net back-end developer and am currently learning ASP.Net as well as Angular. I am looking for an ASP & Angular super-star who could teach me by working with me on some projects while explaining to me why things are done in specific ways. I would give you some assignments and would want to have you code / help me with the coding and teach me how things are working. I am looking into many concepts related to Identity Framework, JWT, Dapper and integrating them all with ASP & Angular and looking to understand how everything works together. Since this gig will require a lot of communication, the ideal candidate MUST be a native English speaker, or, at the very least 100% fluent and be a good enough communicator to be able to help guide me through what was programmed and why it was done so. If you truly are a wiz, are good at explaining to a very smart and eager student and have the English skills to back it up, I'd love to hear from you! Also, since there are lots of people that just post standard replies, I want to know you've read my project through, please, in your reply / proposal to me, begin with "I have read this" and please also include your experience with ASP, Angular and, hopefully, Dapper - If this is not included, I'm sorry, but I will ignore your proposal since I expect you to read what I write and answer accordingly. Please let me know things such as what days / hours you're usually available (I am on US Eastern time), how long you believe you'd usually take to respond to email questions and, of course, how much your hourly rate for such a collaborative project would be.
