C# asp.net website add feature

Introduction: The website is a Online Breakfast Order website. When user comes to the website, they pre-order their breakfast. they can pick combo of 1 week/2 week/3 week/1 month. For example if user picks 2 week, User has to choose meals for the next 10 days(Weekend not included). User can only choose one meal a day and every meals comes with drinks. For example User picks sandwich for the first day, then he can choose what drinks he want, let say coke cola. After that, User pay with paypal account or account points. User gets point whenever they place order. For example, 1 point = $1. And User total cost $50, user only have 23 points, then user ony pays $27 through paypal. Feature Needed: Frontend: -User choose meal -User pay -User view order history Backend: -admin upload meals -admin picks which day to edit (monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday) -admin create category for meals(for example, meat, salad, pizza) for everyday -admin upload meals for category -For example, user place order on wednesday for 1 week combo. Then user choose meals for thursday, friday, next monday and tuesday and wednesday. And admin only has to upload 5 days of meals, because Monday and Next Monday’s meal is the same. Tuesday and Next Tuesday’s meal is the same etc. Currently Login, Register, Cart is done, and database is setup. Budget is around $100 and need to finish within 2 days
