Real Estate Property Guide Template

Hello, We are looking for someone to create a property catalog template in adobe illustrator, ideally with cs6. The template must be regular US page size and include templates for 3 and 4 listings per page. Each listing will have the photo of a home, a space for the type of home it is (Entry level, Condo etc), the price range and a box for a description. [Here is a sample I've made][1]. I'm hoping someone here can make something that looks more professional.
