I want some good quality writers only for my project, but read my ADD very carefully before bidding me

I want good quality Indian writers who can work for me for long term basis, he must be professional in article writing too before contacting me, And if i only get benefited with the writer that i will get then only i will hire him/her for long term basis otherwise i will expell him after my partners or clients think his writing is of bad quality, so if u can write good quality articles + if ur professional + if u can submit the articles in my mentioned timings then only contact me otheriwse not, My rate is fixed Rs 15 per 100 words My working time is from 8am - 11pm daily (I MAY GIVE U WORKS ANYTIME B/W 8AM - 11PM) No student writer bid me, they cannot work at my mentioned times so i did not need any student writers, And also for first 3 works payment will be made within 2 days, after 3 works payment will be made once in a week, Thanks.
