Ghostwriting - Rentvesting

Hi Ghostwriters, I have an exciting Ebook project on the topic of Rentvesting. This may be a new term to you and I'm happy to share articles which will guide you in the right direction. I'm looking to expand my Ebook collection within real estate so those with experience in real estate/mortgages who can create content in these areas would benefit from future projects. I'm looking for an English speaking writer who has experience in Ebook creation. I will own all copyright for the final product and the work needs to be original. If you have experience in this industry then this would be looked upon favourably. The book will be targeted to a global audience and not subject to the specific laws or challenges in separate countries. Given I have other books in this sector, I would give you a quick update on the other books to ensure we follow a similar pathway for the collection. Timeframe preferable 2 weeks but happy to work within other time frames for the right person. I usually aim for 20,000 words initially and then look to increase/decrease in communication with the writer. Approx. $15/5,000 words - again flexible for the right person.
