Write an iPad application

Virtual reality application for mining. Fleet management system capture significant data and report on location, productivity and machine health. The data is typically stored in an SQL database on a central server. In terms of communication the systems usually use WiFi network to communicate back to central. The application would be able to connect to the central server to query specific tables on the database for current information. There are several vendors which provide a 3rd party interface via JSON. The app would use the GPS position and heading plus machine positions in WGS84 from the central server to determine which field machine is being viewed. This would then overlay specific production KPIs, operator, current OEM alarms over the vehicle in close to real-time. Server IP address, DB fields whether direct query or via JSON would need to be configurable to what information is displayed. This will vary from fleet management vendor to vendor. Detailed scope DB schema available for suitable qualified applicants. Effort estimate is relatively unknown for this type of application so there is some flexibility.
