Mobile app features addon

Please see if you can help me with adding a feature to an existing app Foodjiff. After reviewing and analyzing the information please let me know of a quote for the time and cost needed to complete the task. P lease see the instructions for the task of the feature and the descriptions of the existing website and the app that the function needed to be added: Added Feature for the Foodjiff Hybrid App: Enable the simple user to make table and seating bookings for the future on the Foodjiff app by showing the restaurant's table area image which is the table and seating booking and delivery option for the simple user when placing an order. When the simple user selects a table or seating, on the code, just open a calendar for the user to pick a date. Then just list the restaurant's open hours for the date, for each hour have a drop down with options of "1st Quarter, 2nd Quarter, 3rd Quarter, and 4th Quarter" highlighted in blue or yellow where blue means available and yellow means busy. Let the simple user know about this idea like before. Then when the user has made the selection, it will be shown on the delivery page with the order being notified to the restaurant user and no other simple user can book the same table or tables and seating for the selected hour/quarter. For the seating, like what before, just include the part we have for the restaurant user where the simple user can specify in the text bar if it is “all seats, 1 seat, 2 seats, 3 seats, 4 seats, 5 seats, 6 seats, 7seats, 8 seats, 9 seats, 10 seats, or 11 seats for the table/tables selected.
