backend read a MySQL dbname tablename few segment，realtime (infact is faster). When new line find in table, Push the few segment to APP show. (one of segment is mobile phone number) APP auto dial the phone number use sim1 or sim2. because backend public(internet) IP may changed, so App install first start, have a input servername (IP or domainname), then next start app, have record, skip this step. because same mobile telcrop call is faster, So backend have match the start 3num between segment mobile phone with a table predefine 130,133,139,[login to view URL] is chinaunicom or chinatelecom or chinamobile. match chinamobile autodial use sim1, otherwise autodial use sim2.
