Election prediction and tally system

I am a software engineering undergrad student doing his final year project. The chosen project is a mobile android application that facilitates voting as a registered user, and administration as a system administrator that oversees candidate and voter information. A third party, the electorate is also is responsible for announcing results on the voters dashboard after the election process. The prediction part of the project is to be done using a poll where any user of the system that is not necessarily a registered voter can participate in so as to show the "predicted" election outcome on the voters dashboard before the election date. Voting can only be done once by a registered user. Facial recognition & authentication as a login mechanism is required using relevant api that facilitates webcam capture and storage in a database. (The project is running on a tight deadline so time is of essence)
