This would need to be an ANDROID App with Online Control Panel, where the Superuser would get reports and would be able to control the App on the device Remotely. Please review the Attached Uploaded Document, Project Requirements, It is requirements for this project, and is a legal contract, the contractor would need to fulfill the requirements in full, before we release the milestone,
We will release 65% of milestone, when the Android app is created to our requirements, along with the ONLINE CONTROL PANEL with all Features, that are created with our requirements.
We will then Release Remaining 35% milestone funds, after you do the Revisions that we request for the Final Copy, when the App is accepted on the Google Play Store and everything functions properly.
The accepted Contractor also promises to provide us Free Support and Revisions for first 30 days, and then we will pay $10 an hour, for any issues that are need to be dealt with,
