Create a DBProxy for lambda with serverless and a layer to connect to it.

We already have a project deployed to AWS Lambda with serverless framework and some scripts in CloudFormations to deploy our Infraestructure. (S3, Network, RDS Aurora Serverless, etc...) We want to add the deployment of a RDS Database Proxy, for using this connection with several lambdas. The project consists in: - Create the Cloudformation script that deploy RDS Database Proxy for our Aurora Serverless with the required outputs and passwords stored in secrets manager. - Create a layer to add to several typescript lambdas to connect to our DB Proxy with Sequelize including in this layer all needed requirements to connect (get passwords, connect, etc...) and the definitions of Sequelize DB Models. - Create the Cloudformation/Serverless script to deploy this layer/update this layer outputting the variables of the layer. - Create an example lambda function that get this layer from non hardcoded variables, and is able to read and write to Aurora DB using the proxy connection.
