AWS Backuped server setup

Hi, I have experience in aw server configuration and will configure Medium size server (8 to 16g Ram), enough CPU to run little / Medium traffic. - Backup option(s) to make sure my service won't fail > can be ip failover on 2 machines, or any cheap & reliable solution. - in case of crash on server you can use back up to run it. You can go for load balancer also. Thank you
