I want a project that can choose the best Virtual Machine in a cloud environment based on the results of the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm and Fuzzy logic. First, create some test resource data like memory, distance, geolocation, CPU, power consumption. Second, simulate the situation that if one of the virtual machines fails another virtual machine can be chosen by applying Bee Colony and Fuzzy logic algorithms of the test data. The final hybrid solution must take into account the bee colony algorithms result and apply the fuzzy logic on that to choose the best replacement. Some metrics such as accuracy and sensitivity and time are needed to compare the solution with others.
