AirBnB and Real Estate Accounts Manager

Looking for an agent able to get my property relisted on airbnb; argue the various cases; speak to the legal needs and manage the account. As this is a long term account; need someone that's really able to make sure the airbnb account is able to grow while representing the company in being able to make sure it's able to manage the property as required within taking on the various taxes; local authorities conversation, engaging with incoming inquiries and more; as I am open to renting on other platforms; I am looking for a property manager able to make sure the place is filled and support me as the owner within me also working to invest and develop more rental and commercial units, as an options trader, I am looking for someone with both finance and real estate experience that's not only able to mae sure the space is filled, but deals with various issues from theft to fraud, to extorsion to law enforcement. Keep in mind that while the airbnb account is currently deactivated the primary goal will be to reactivate it and beat the resolution while starting to advance the work within making sure the place is continously growing!
