Reproducing effets of a certain video

I am brand new to the freelancer platform and came with a slightly special request. I'm an amateur editor, and I wanted to know if it was possible, to make a simple explanatory video or even a TEXT file to reproduce the effects used in this video (it's a bit explicit): [login to view URL] . This is a video of an amateur French Youtuber, very good at video editing. He mainly used AE to achieve it. If you have any knowledge of Liquid Motion, plugins, textures,animation etc, it'll be perfect! So I would like to know how he achieved certain effects (those that you actually recognized).
