This position is the VP of SkySpace! Looking to hire a listings manager able to create and manage the making sure my apartment is always fill with bookings every day, as well as bringing a business and finance accumen within researching the top listings, being able to consolidate it and having a daily check in with me on how the platform is going on different platforms. As I am a LLP there's a need for the funds to be connected to my business so this way we're getting paid and able to pay off the various mortgages and more associated with keeping the properties listed and active. As I am looking for someone who can hit the ground running and really have a difference in 24 hours, within me being able to act as the cleaner to really clean up the place and make it look presentable within the various rooms that's available. I am looking for a talent that's able to work to make small dividends and have a report work of which you can grow from on a year to year within the need to move into publishing on our own platform of which we can increase booking opportunities for agents looking to book from our space. While we are an events company and a studio of which rents commercial and residential space, you are a digital agent who is able to make sure Skyspace is as a subpenthouse is being booked and listed with the various platforms of whom are able to come and engage the space for a range of businesses. As i've had friends book the space for Ads, movies, to use for one night bookings, record music, leverage for business meetings and much more, the VP of Skyspace is focused on making sure the booking calender is filled on a day to day to allow a return on the investments of which we're seeing on a day to day with a range of festivals and productions all shut down within the need for us to slowly grow our internal teams and operations. While this is not a 9 to 5 position, I am looking for someone able to manage the platform on a day to day within the one space being something they may continue to earn residual on as long as our development agency continues to grow and acquire more properties and studio spaces. With models, artists, young professionals and more inquiring, not a lot of inquiries will make it through our booking system, but as we start to develop processes to keep our internal creative producers safe within working with a range of professional systems, I am looking to commission an agent able to bring a sales background to being able to trade day to day to bring and attend to all opportunities that would be leveraged to keep the space being booked on a day to day.
