Create contract and invoice template file (editable .pdf)

Hello THE PROJECT: I have a word file with a contract that I need to be converted to editable .pdf I believe that is made with Indesign but not sure. I also need to create an invoice like that. If you are good and your costs are right, I will have similar sregular work for you. OPTION: I would also like to know how to include the possibility in such documents to allow users to just fill the information online and then send it over email without having to print the .pdf Let me know if you are also able to handle this. TIMINGS: I need this done ASAP. COST: I prefer to pay here for this first project. After this we can arrange other type of payment better for you in case here is not the best.
