Affiliate Travel Search Engine Website

Now on the project, I need some one to design website and implement XML and API of different meta travel search engine, for example expedia, Travelocity, priceline, hotelscombined etc. I know how it works, I need someone with experience to design website and install. Website will have following search capabilities: Flights, Hotels, Cars, Cruise, and each category may use different search engine provider.
