Designer needed to create mockups & inner pages based on existing design.

Hello, Our permanent designer is on vocation currently and we need to diversificate our designing department. This is a permanent position for contract based work. The current bid involve creating 3 mockups, wait till our customer accept them (would probably need few round of minor changes before the client accepts) and create 3 inner pages that are compatible with all major browsers. The ideal candidate must be patient and have an ability to keep friendly communication. We are interested to receive acceptance as quick as possible from our customer and pay you asap but if the customer requires some changes - it means that you didn't followed his comments and we do not pay for mockup modifications rounds. But again: we are interested to make it quickly and usually it doesn't take long as our customers provide clear notes and they are loyal. Please provide a price for 1 mockup and 1 inner page (html/css) created based on the existing design. If this bid is successful - you are welcome to create many other projects. Just need to play in Photoshop and create an inner page mockup and then create the HTML/CSS from it. For an experienced designer - it will take no longer than 40 minutes in total. The bids range is 105$ - 250$, this budget can easily cover a full web design, but I'm asking for a simple inner page creation. Looking forward for more bids.
