Convert PSD to XHTML/CSS

Hi I am looking for an experienced XHTML/CSS designer to convert a PSD template into a XHTML/CSS template and then also convert 8 inner pages (using same template but slightly different body). The deadline for this project is Thursday 19th of February. If you are late, I will cut the full payment to 60%. I need to see previous work you have completed in this area.
