Custom borders in Wordpress site

Hi please view page [login to view URL] If you scroll down to "Use Bicarbonate of Soda" you will notice that entire tip section enclosed in two blue "L" lace like borders. One at the top left and another at the bottom right. I need help completing this for ALL the tips (wherever the green leaf is) throughout the ENTIRE site. I have done a few already but the only one correct is the example above, so I need the others redone/corrected. This is a simple but nitty gritty task which I don't have time to complete so am requesting help. Site is built on the Wordpress platform so you need to be familiar with this. I can show you how to do one and than you need to do the others. In your bid please quote a tip from anywhere on my site so I know you have read and understand the brief.
