deploy msi file

dear sir. I have .ocx file that need to be install on the client pc to let my software run but i got too many problems on singe the code and it's high price i need .msi file to download on the client pc and install the ocx file with the same way if i install it by the cab file the cab file is attached and i need to get exe file do the same when i install the cab file from webpage that's all thanks
