My tasks were deployment and configuration of vmware esxi, vcenter server, vdp, vum and set up new servers (IBM, HP, Dell, Supermicro), storage systems and tape libraries for our customers. The initial step for server deployment was upgrading BIOS, and other ROMs on adapters. I upgraded BIOS on many HP Proliant, Dell PowerEdge and IBM System X servers. I really know how to do that)) What type of Dell machines do you have? How many machines do you have? Do you have a remote KVM to this machines? If you have a DELL server and an out-of-band management (iDRAC) this will be done without going to each individually. Also it is able to update BIOS from OS on this machine.

I an experienced with handling BIOS programs and i have updated some of the asus motherboards bios. so i think i can do this job
